I am a native speaker of European Portuguese with exceptional writing
skills and outstanding command of formal, colloquial, technical and literary linguistic
nuance. My superior foreign language abilities (fluency in English
and excellent understanding of written and spoken French, Spanish and Italian)
and expertise in several disciplines of knowledge allow me to provide linguistic services
in a plethora of subject matters.
Along with my eleven years experience in technical translation, proofreading and software/website development
and localization, my academic/professional background includes:
- Degree in Engineering (Electronic and Computer Systems);
- Attendance
to the first two curricular years of Mechanical Engineering;
- Participation as a researcher in several R&D projects
(Thermodynamics, Electronics, Energy and Environment);
- EU R&D project coordination;
